| Wenlan Chia has established Twinkle as one of the bright new shining stars of American fashion. The collection is known for its whimsical take on feminine dressing -- with a dash of the exotic, dose of pop culture and sense of humor. Twinkle made its runway debut at the Gen Art Fresh Faces Fashion Show in February 2002. This first collection received praise by both the New York Times who gave it kudos and Women\'s Wear Daily who called it a bright spot of fashion week. Since then, she has shown on the runway each season at Seventh on Sixth fashion week in Bryant Park.
